Meet Chris - Directer of CBC Group
I’m Chris, the Director of CBC Group. I’ve been in the building industry for over 10 years working mainly on residential builds and renovations around Auckland and the Coromandel. Pauanui is my second home - I've been down here ever since I was a little kid with my family so building in this area is something I genuinely care about.

I’m pretty hands-on by nature and like to stay involved in every job from start to finish. I don’t believe in overcomplicating things - good communication, solid planning and doing the job properly goes a long way. I’m on site regularly, keeping an eye on the details and making sure everything is tracking as it should.

I started CBC Group because I wanted to build the kind of company I’d want to deal with myself. One that’s honest, reliable and actually follows through on what it says it will do. Building or renovating can be stressful so I try to make the process as straightforward as possible and keep clients in the loop the whole way through.

When you work with CBC Group, you’re dealing directly with me. I’m your main point of contact and I take responsibility for the quality of the work and how the project runs. I care about getting a good result, not just ticking boxes and moving on to the next job.
